Chad maintains a special place in his heart for working with seniors and veterans. Equipped with a Seniors Real Estate Specialist accreditation (SRES), Chad has the requisite knowledge and a patient and nurturing hand to guide our senior community through complex real estate issues and transactions. In fact, Chad’s entrance into real estate was largely borne from his experiences as a trial attorney representing families and victims of financial elder abuse.

In addition to his penchant for working with seniors, Chad also brings vast experience in handling family trust and probate sales. Armed with his other accreditation as a Trust and Probate Sales specialist, Chad is routinely called upon by fellow attorneys and law firms with their clients’ real estate needs when a family member passes away. Gaining the respect and trust of his fellow attorneys and law firms with the liquidation of their clients’ real estate portfolios is a considerable responsibility that Chad reveres and covets.

While he could rest on his laurels with his many satisfied clients over two decades, what brings Chad the most joy and satisfaction is that once Chad has had the honor and privilege of handling a sale, he often becomes that individual or family’s broker and lawyer for life. Chad obtained his Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara where he was the recipient of the University of California Award. He completed his legal studies at the UCLA School of Law and has been an active member of the California Bar since 2000. An avid golfer and Disneyland fanatic (where he was a former Jungle Cruise skipper in his youth), Chad enjoys an eclectic life. An important part of Chad’s professional life is "giving back" and providing pro bono legal services to victims of domestic violence, homeless legal clinics, and military veterans.
