Chad Gordon is an attorney and real estate broker with over twenty years of experience representing buyers and sellers in both residential and complex commercial real estate transactions. By placing a strong emphasis on the needs of each and every client, Chad has built a reputation of quality, integrity, and success. In addition to his capacity as a broker, Chad’s experience as a California real estate attorney provides a legal acumen that enables him to parse through complex paperwork and explain important concepts and provisions in your real transaction. 

While other agents may be intimidated by real estate sales that are outside their comfort zone, Chad is a seasoned broker with the experience, track record and acumen to successfully handle all types of sales: Trust, Probate (with and without court confirmation), Divorce, Bankruptcy, Court Partition, Tax, and 1031 Exchanges just to name a few.

Chad maintains a special place in his heart for working with seniors and veterans. Equipped with a Seniors Real Estate Specialist accreditation (SRES), Chad has the requisite knowledge and a patient and nurturing hand to guide our senior community through complex real estate issues and transactions. In fact, Chad’s entrance into real estate was largely borne from his experiences as a trial attorney representing families and victims of financial elder abuse.

In addition to his penchant for working with seniors, Chad also brings vast experience in handling family trust and probate sales. Armed with his other accreditation as a Trust and Probate Sales specialist, Chad is routinely called upon by fellow attorneys and law firms with their clients’ real estate needs when a family member passes away. Gaining the respect and trust of his fellow attorneys and law firms with the liquidation of their clients’ real estate portfolios is a considerable responsibility that Chad reveres and covets.
